We are looking for presentations about anything relating to Apache Software Foundation projects, open source governance, community, and software development.

In particular, this year we are building content tracks around the following specific topics/projects:

  • Tomcat
  • Cassandra
  • Groovy
  • Web/httpd

If your proposed presentation falls into one of these categories, please select that topic in the CfP entry form. Or select General if it's related to some other topic or project area.

Speaker benefits

If your talk is selected for the event, we will give free entry to ONE speaker per selected talk. Additional speakers will NOT receive entry passes. We will not cover travel or lodging for speakers. If you require travel/lodging assistance, please apply for our TAC (Travel Assistance Committee) program.

If you are traveling to the event from overseas, we will provide, upon request, any necessary invitation letter which you may need for your travel visa application.
