Apache Flink is a top level Apache framework and distributed processing engine for stateful computations over unbounded and bounded data streams. Flink has been designed to run in all common cluster environments, perform computations at in-memory speed and at any scale. This talk will be an introduction to using Flink for stream processing, and how United Airlines is leveraging it and social media to improve the customer experience.
